Crossark
7 Cornerstones
The
management beliefs
1. A company for and with others
Crossark strives to be a company that can be beneficial and
responsible to the society. We aim at serving the interests
of our clients, employees, bosses, business partners and investors,
and the society as a whole. Honesty and integrity are the
core principles we operate the company by.
2. The company and the dreams
Crossark is a result of dreams, and will survive for dreams.
All Crossarkers have dreams and the drive to go for them.
We believe that, with persistence and hard work, there are
no unattainable dreams.
3. Create a better future, be
part of history
Our goal is to create positive impact on the world through
non-stop innovation. Instead of predicting the future, we
create it.
4. Crossarkers are on the same
ark
All Crossarkers are bosses of the company, and all are indispensable.
Being on the same ark, Crossarkers are the most important
assets of the company. Crossark is nothing without Crossarkers’
talents. We care about their career and personal development
as much as we care about the existence of Crossark.
5. Money-making
Crossark is a real business that is much more than a concept.
Generating profits is very important, as the more resources
we have, the further we can go. Our employers and investors
deserve huge rewards for their hard work and trust in Crossark.
6. A fun and dynamic company
We try our best to make all Crossarkers’ careers enjoyable
and fun. We also ensure our customers enjoy the services and
products we provide. We welcome diversity in terms of ideas
and people. Being fun is NOT the opposite of being serious,
these two elements can, and they should always, appear together.
By the way, formal dressing is not necessary in the office.
7. No work on Sundays
Sundays is the Sabbath, keep it holy. To a wider extend, Crossark
does not encourage over-working. Although we expect all Crossarkers
work hard, we are not workaholics. We believe rest is important
for health and job performance. We demand efficiency and effectiveness.
Overtime working doesn’t necessarily equate efforts;
it could be showing inefficiency or poor time management.
